Photo Scavenger Hunt

What cool things can you find?

We invite you to visit our parks or trails (while social distancing) and observe nature. What do you see? What do you hear?

Check out how many different plants, insects and animals you can find! You don’t have to be an expert to participate, everyone is welcome!

Learn about the wildlife near you by recording your observations using the iNaturalist app. ( for Android and for iPhone).

Snap a photo and identify it with the help of the iNaturalist community and AI suggestions. Learn how to record your observations in the app through this video:

Your efforts help our Natural Resources Supervisor determine how to properly care for our native plants and wildlife as well as identify invasive species.

Thank you for your work, we can’t wait to see what you find!
