Hatha Yoga is the traditional mat style and offers a bit more of a challenge to participants. Participants are asked to bring their own mats or may use one of ours.

Do you want to improve your balance and strength? Find a relaxed state? Then yoga/stretch is for you! A stable chair is offered for comfort and reassurance.

Slow-Flow with Restorative Yoga
Move through a slow and steady practice where postures and breath connect to create a simple flow. End class supported by pillows and props to allow the mind and body to experience the full benefits of relaxation and release.

Weights on Wednesdays
This strength-training class is tailored for participants of all ages and abilities. Your instructor will help you improve your muscular strength, flexibility, endurance and definition through the use of light to medium hand weights and barbells. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and stability ball, which will be incorporated into various exercises. No prior weightlifting experience is required.

High energy, fun music and great people combine in this 45 minute class. Strengthen your heart and muscles, burn calories and improve your flexibility for that all over healthy feeling you deserve. All ages welcome.

Pathfinders Walking Club
(Go with the) Evening Flow
This yoga class uses aspects of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. The class pace will be slow, offering time for participants to focus on alignment in each posture while developing deeper release. Slowing down and focusing on the mind-body connection through breath work and other mindfulness practices will be emphasized. This class is suitable for those new to yoga, those looking to develop a deeper practice, and those looking for increased flexibility.

(Get Long and Strong) Vinyasa Flow
This class uses Vinyasa flow sequences to increase both strength and flexibility. The pace is moderate, offering students the opportunity to build heat in the body and also develop a personal practice with foundational postures. Some time will be spent focusing on postures that increase strength and flexibility in specific regions of the body. This class is suitable to all individuals who are interested in a moderately paced practice.
