Let's Go Sports Summer Camp

Join us for a fun filled summer!

At the Let’s Go Sports Brownsburg Multi-Sport Summer Break Camp, participants will enjoy weeks full of sports, friends and team building activities. Each week will consist of participating in fun competitions, learning new sports, and team challenges. Our highly-motivated coaches will be engaged with all athletes as they  find their passion and interest in sports. Each camper is required to bring a water bottle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are you doing to keep kids safe during COVID-19?

We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local and state health departments, and the American Camp Association (ACA) and will follow recommended social distancing guidelines.

  • Changes in drop-off and pick-up procedures to minimize close interactions and direct contact.
  • Daily health screening questionnaire for campers at drop-off.
  • Staff and/or campers who are displaying symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, or have a temperature of 100°F will be secluded from the group, sent home immediately, and will not be permitted to return until he or she is fever and symptom free for 24 hours.
  • Campers will be assigned to a small PODS of 10-15 campers led by one staff member. For larger group activities, groups will be assigned a consistent partner group to interact with for a total of no more than 20 campers and two staff members.
  • Masks will be required of participants and staff.
  • Additional hand-washing/bathroom breaks will be added to the daily camp schedule. Multiple hand-washing stations will be located on the park grounds.
  • All surfaces that campers and staff come into contact with will be cleaned and sanitized with cleaning solutions that meets CDC guidelines throughout the day.
What will you do if a child or staff member is confirmed to have COVID-19?

If Brownsburg Parks receives notification of a confirmed positive COVID-19 test result of a participant or staff member, Brownsburg Parks will follow the guidance from the Hendricks County Health Department.  Contact tracing will be conducted immediately. Any participant or staff member determined to have been in close contact within six feet or more for 15 minutes or more with the confirmed positive individual will be contacted directly and will be required to be picked up immediately. Any surfaces that the confirmed positive individual came into contact with will be sanitized and disinfected.

How do I register for camp?

To get started, visit our website and create an account (for mobile users, view the full site). After signing in, look under the Activities tab, select Camps, and choose your preferred payment option by clicking “Add to Cart” and “Enroll Now.”

Participants must be registered prior to using our services. If your child is not registered at the time of drop-off, please be prepared to make a payment on site via debit/credit card or check and complete our online ePACT Network health registration form before dropping off.

What should my child bring to camp?

Each participant should come to camp with:

  • Mask or Face Covering* required
  • Two Snacks (AM & PM)
  • Sack Lunch
  • Water Bottle
  • Tennis Shoes
  • Appropriate clothing for weather (jacket if necessary)

Please do not let your child bring toys/cell phones/ electronics to camp. Check the white board daily and ask our camp staff about any other daily needs!

What are my payment options?

We accept checks, money orders or credit/debit cards.

When you register for camp online, you will be given the choice to pay in full or to set up a payment plan. If you opt for a payment plan, you will need to pay a non-refundable $25 deposit upfront to reserve your child’s spot.

The remaining camp fees will be due the Monday prior to week of camp that you registered for.

ePACT Form

Brownsburg Parks is now using ePACT Network to store all comprehensive health and emergency contact information more securely. You will only need to complete this health registration form once a year to save you time and make registration even easier for you!

Here’s how:

  1. Look for an ePACT invitation in your email
  2. Accept the invitation and create a free account
  3. Complete the health registration form that we’ve built in ePACT for your child
  4. Be sure to click “Share” when you’ve completed the form to share it with Brownsburg Parks
