2. How big is the proposed facility?

The entire facility is proposed to be 48,997 square feet, including indoor and outdoor components.

3. Why are there only three lap lanes indoors?

The Brownsburg High School Aquatic Center has a 10-lane, 50-meter pool. This pool has a standard three lanes with more programmable recreational space to ensure we are not duplicating community amenities.

4. What pedestrian access will be available for this facility?

Lincolnwood Park is situated next to White Lick Creek. The White Lick Creek Greenway has the potential to connect the park to Brownsburg's business district and Arbuckle Acres Park, enabling trail users to travel north of I-74. Currently, the second phase of this trail is in its planning phase.

5. Why are features like a gym not included in this project?

This facility is an aquatic center to avoid duplicating services offered by private businesses. A future expansion could address additional community needs.
