How do I request a refund?

If you would like to change or cancel your registration, you are required to submit a Refund Request Form and submit it for approval.

For those who've registered using the flexible "Pick Your Days" option, requests for a schedule change or withdraw can be made from our registration software, Eleyo. Schedule changes or withdraws must be made in advance and can only be made for dates that have not yet been invoiced. Once a date has been invoiced, changes can no longer be made to that date. Weekly invoices for BASE are sent every Wednesday for the following week with payments due on Monday.
